The course of measuring instrument methods is one of the important courses of mechanical and electrical engineering. In this lesson, students get to know different types of measuring tools and learn the correct methods of measuring. هدف آزمایشگاه:

The purpose of this lab was to familiarize students with three types of measuring tools: micrometer measuring tool, height measuring tool and slope measuring tool. Also, students were introduced to the correct measurement steps with each of these tools.

روش آزمایش:

At first, the students were introduced to the micrometer measuring tool. This tool allows students to take accurate measurements of test pieces. The students learned how to use this tool and finally, they took accurate measurements of the test pieces.

Then, students were introduced to height measurement tools. This tool is usually used to measure the height of parts. Using this tool, the students measured the height of the parts.

Finally, students were introduced to slope measurement tools. This tool is used to measure the slope of surfaces and parts. Using this tool, the students measured the slope of the pieces.

نتیجه آزمایش:

Students were introduced to the use of different measuring tools and learned the correct methods of measurement. Finally, they were able to take accurate measurements of test pieces and know what each measuring tool was suitable for.

شرح آزمایش:
First, we identify the variable resistance on the device, and then we establish a 12 volt power source and a digital voltmeter using circuit wires, then we turn the 100 kOhm rotary potentiometer counterclockwise until it reaches the minimum value. After placing the voltmeter correctly, first connect the input voltage, which is 12 volts, to the terminal (c) of the rotary potentiometer using connecting wires, and connect it to the voltmeter from part (B) to the sweep of the potentiometer. Vo) we connect the device to (A) potentiometer. We turn on the device, then we put the potentiometer in positions 1 to 10, and we read and record the voltage value in each position, that is, by placing each of the ranges and changing the resistance of the input voltage relative to the ranges of the rotary voltage potentiometer. We read the output on a digital voltmeter and give the corresponding table
