This project allows users to take notes about their daily medication to easily track it. It has a simple and pleasant user interface with the help of a Material-Kit template. Medication Tracker System is a scheduling and note web application that can store multi-user medication schedules. Here, users can simply register on the app and manage their daily medication schedule. This system lists all the medications that the user needs to take on the current date and at a specific time.

• Download and install any local web server like XAMPP.
• Download the provided source zip code file. (The download button is below)

System installation

1. Open your XAMPP control panel and start Apache and MySQL.
2. Extract the zip file of the downloaded source code.
3. Copy the extracted source code folder and place it in XAMPP's "htdocs" directory.
4. Browse PHPMyAdmin in a browser. That is http://localhost/phpmyadmin
5. Create a new database named mts_db.
6. Enter the provided SQL file. This file is known as mts_db.sql, which is located inside the database folder.
7. Browse the medical tracker system in a browser. That is http://localhost/php-mts/.
