اجزای خرد کن کشاورزی:
خرد کن کشاورزی شامل دو بخش مهم است: بخش شاسی و بخش خردکننده. بخش شاسی از قطعات ساختاری مانند چرخ‌ها، محور، سیستم فرمان و غیره تشکیل شده است. بخش خردکننده شامل تیغه‌ها، موتور، دستگاه‌های برش و دیگر اجزای مرتبط است.

نحوه عملکرد خرد کن کشاورزی:
In the agricultural shredder, organic and inorganic materials are crushed by shredding blades. The crushed materials are then collected into the tank through the grooves located in the chassis section. After collection, the crushed materials can be used for fertilizer, livestock and poultry feed or as fuel for energy supply.

کاربردهای خرد کن کشاورزی:
1- Preparation of livestock and poultry feed: Agricultural shredder is used to prepare livestock and poultry feed. By crushing organic and inorganic materials such as wheat, barley, corn, sunflower, etc., livestock and poultry feed is produced, which is used as a source of food supply for livestock and poultry.

3- تهیه سوخت: خرد کن کشاورزی برای تهیه سوخت از مواد آلی مانند چوب، پوست میوه‌ها و سایر مواد بیولوژیکی استفاده می‌شود. با خرد کردن این مواد، به راحتی می‌توان آنها را به عنوان سوخت برای تأمین انرژی استفاده کرد.

خرد کنهای چکشی ( خردکنهای عمودی ) :

این نوع خردکنها از ماشینهای خرد کن نوع تیغه – برشی ارزانتر بوده و برای خرد کردن انواع مختلفی از محصولات به کاربرده می شوند .
Hammer choppers cut the standing fodder in one place. These choppers can also be used to harvest banded products and the remaining stalks of corn. The main part of a hammer crusher is its rotor. The gondeh is a transverse axis to which knives or hammer blades are attached (picture below).
با چرخش گودنده ، چاقو های چکشی ساقه محصول را از طریق ضربه زدن قطع می کنند . به محل محصول در اطراف محیط خارجی چکشها ، در زیر محفظه فلزی ، محصول قطع و تا حدودی کوبیده و خرد می شود .
چاقوهای چکشی معمولا در حالت لولایی و قابل انعطاف ، بر روی محور گردنده سوار شده اند ، اما در موقع کار ، نیروی گریز از مرکز باعث می شود تا آنها دروضعیت مستقیم و شعاعی قرار گیرند .
اگر جسمی خارجی به چکشها بر خورد کند ، عمل لولایی باعث می شود تا بدون آسیب رسیدن به ماشین و یا با آسیب دیدگی ناچیز ماشین ، چکشها در اطراف جسم خارجی منصرف شوده و یا نوسان گشتند .
