Plant diseases can cause a decrease in yield, a drop in product quality, and in some cases, the complete destruction of the plant. These diseases can be infectious, non-infectious, fungal, bacterial, viral and nematode.

در ادامه، به بررسی برخی از بیماری‌های گیاهی مهم و رایج می‌پردازیم:

1- Season: This fungal disease occurs in many garden and field plants, including wheat, barley, rapeseed, apple and walnut. Its symptoms include brown spots on leaves and stems, white parts of the plant and its complete destruction.

2- Wilting of plants: This bacterial disease occurs in many plants, including tomatoes, potatoes, and cucumbers. Its symptoms include wilting and destruction of the roots, white veins on the leaves and death of the plant.

3- Damages from agricultural pests: These diseases include various pests such as ticks, worms, butterflies and ants that cause damage to the plant.

4- Rust: This fungal disease occurs in many plants, including apples, pears, and peaches. Its symptoms include brown spots on leaves and stems, blackening of parts of the plant and its complete destruction.

Disease caused by Pseudomonas syringae pv. Syringae is the compound that causes necrotic spots in leaves, petioles and fruits. The dark colored spots on the fruit are also called black pit. Disease symptoms in young foliage are similar to frostbite symptoms.
