به دليل اهميت پژوهش در ساختن كشور نمي‌توان نقش غير قابل جايگزيني براي آن در نظر گرفت و امروزه اين مساله براي بشريت ثابت شده كه هر اقدام بشري بايد مبني بر يافته‌ها و روش‌هاي علمي باشد كه مساله نيز حاصل نمي‌شود، مگر با رونق پژوهش و تحقيق.
لذا اگر نگاه مي‌كنيد كه كشوري به اوج قدرت رسيده است، به دليل بهاء دادن به پژوهش است و اگر مشاهده مي‌شود كه كشوري در اوج ذلت است، به علت اين است كه جايگاه پژوهش در اين كشور كمرنگ بوده است. متوليان كشور ما نيز بايد به اهميت اين آموخته بشري كه از جايگاه خاصي برخوردار است، آگاه شوند. در هر حال پژوهش با هيچ مقوله‌ايي ديگر قابل مقايسه نيست.

مجلس به لحاظ شان و جايگاهي كه داراست، بايد زمينه‌هاي لازم را فراهم كند و اگر مشكلات و خلاء‌هايي قانوني در اين رابطه وجود دارد؛ را پر كند، ولي اگر از مجلس انتظار داشته باشيم كه در اين راستا كار اجرايي انجام دهد؛ اين امر در حيطه وظايف آن نيست. لذا از اين جهت مجلس هيچ گونه كوتاهي در اين زمينه نداشته و اگر نيازي احساس شود، با كمال ميل حاضر است به رفع مشكل كمك كند و خلا‌هاي موجود را در صورت استمداد پر كند.
امروزه بر اساس پيشرفت تكنولوژي و استفاده از روش‌ها و ابزارهاي متعددي كه براي امورات زندگي از جمله مسايل مربوط به پژوهش به كار مي‌رود، شاهد فناوري‌هاي جديد در سطح دنيا هستيم. اگر بخواهيم در امر پژوهش نيز موفقيت‌هايي داشته باشيم، بايد از تمام پتانسيل‌ها و ابزارها و طريق‌ها استفاده كنيم كه از جمله در اين راستا مي‌توان به فناوري‌هاي جديد و راه‌هاي نوين توجه كرد.
راهکارهاي پيشنهادي براي دستيابي به پيشرفت
براي دستيابي به پيشرفت وتعالي موفقيت بايد اصولي را بشناسيم وآنها را رعايت کنيم که عبارتند از :
1-بايد انگيزه ها را مشخص کنيم تابا يک برنامه ريزي اصولي به هدف برسيم.
2-هر چه وهر کجا که هستيم به دليل آن است که خودمان اين طور خواسته ايم مسئوليت کامل آنچه که هستيم وآنچه بدست آورده ايم وآنچه خواهيم شد . بر عهده خود ماست .
3-ما تبديل به همان چيزي مي شويم که در باره آن بيشتر فکر مي کنيم . پس براي رسيدن به هدف ورسيدن به کمال وپيشرفت روز افزون در زندگي بايد به اهداف آنچه که مي خواهيم فکر کنيم ودر راه آن کوشا باشيم.
4- همه ي اميد ها روياها وهدف ها آرمان هاي مادر گروسخت کوشي است هر چه بيشتر تلاش کنيم موفقيت بيشتري کسب خواهيم کرد.
