Introduction
This simple project is a messaging system. This project is a web-based application developed in PHP and MySQL database. Allows users to send private pictures to other users. This system has different features like other mail programs. It has a nice user interface with Bootstrap framework and kit template. This project consists of user-friendly features and capabilities.

I developed this project using the following:

This simple messaging system is accessible to any user. Users can easily create their account by filling in the required fields in the registration form. In this application, the user can send a message to any registered user. Users can simply search for the recipient's name or username to select the user as the recipient of the message. In each message sent, the sender and recipient can continue the conversation on the same subject by sending a reply message. Messages or reply messages can only be deleted by the sender in the system. Deleting the original message will also delete all replied messages.

System installation/commissioning requirements

1. Download and install any local web server such as XAMPP.
2. Download the provided source code zip file. (Download button is below)
3. Download project assets at
4. Open your XAMPP control panel and launch Apache and MySQL.
5. Extract the downloaded source code zip file.
6. Copy the extracted source code folder and put it in the "htdocs" XAMPP directory.
7. Extract the downloaded assets zip file.
8. Copy the extracted assets folder and paste it into the main source code path.
9. Browse PHPMyAdmin in a browser. Namely http: // localhost / phpmyadmin
10. Create a new database named pmms_db.
11. Import the provided SQL file. This file is known as pmms_db.sql and is located inside a database folder.
12. Browse the messaging system in a browser. Ie http: // localhost / pmms /.
