Event Registration and Attendance System is a PHP/MySQLi project that can help any organization or business that needs an online or automated event registration and attendance system. This system has two sides of the user interface, which is the admin side and the registrar side. The system stores several upcoming events along with schedule, location and event details. Registration and attendance at events will automatically open for registrant access when the current date matches the event schedule. The admin must assign 1 or more registered users to access the event to register and manage the attendance of the participants in the event until the admin closes the registration and attendance of the event. The system also generates an attendance report for each event and this feature is ready to print.

  • The page where the registered user submits his system credentials to access and manage the registration and attendance of participants in events.

The attendance and event registration system was developed using HTML, PHP/MySQLi, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery/Ajax) and Bootstrap for design. The source code is fully functional and can be easily modified or improved. To have a real experience using this simple project, follow the instructions below.

How to run

1. Download the source code and extract the zip file.
2. Download or start any local web server that runs the PHP script.
3. پایگاه داده وب سرور را باز کنید و یک پایگاه داده جدید با نام آن eras_db ایجاد کنید.
4. Enter the SQL file located in the database source code folder.
5. Copy the source code and paste it where your local web server has access to your local projects. Example for XAMPP ('C: xampphtdocs')
6. Open a web browser and browse the project. For example [http://localhost/event-registration-attendance-system] for registrar side and [http://localhost/event-registration-attendance-system/admin] for admin side.
