This project is called survey application system. This web application provides an online platform for automated survey submission and automatic generation of results. This project is mainly developed using PHP language and SQLite3 database. It includes several user-friendly features and functions.

A survey application is a web application where an organization or survey site administrator can dynamically add and manage a list of surveys. Using this survey application, survey takers can simply send their answers directly to the system and the system itself will automatically calculate the survey result. Admin can add multiple survey items and hide items in survey site list by updating survey status (active/inactive). Then, they can add multiple questions to each survey where they can choose whether the question is single- or multiple-choice, or by writing their answer or comment in the text field. As a result of the survey, the questions are listed with a text field answer option below the question.

• Download and install any local web server like XAMPP/WAMP.
• Download the provided source zip code file. (The download button is below)

Installation / commissioning

1. Open your XAMPP/WAMP file php.ini and comment sqlite3 extension. Then, save the file.
2. Open your XAMPP/WAMP control panel and start Apache.
3. Extract the zip file of the downloaded source code.
4. If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and place it in XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. And if you are using WAMP, put it in the "www" directory.
5. Browse the survey application system in a browser. That is http://localhost/php-sqlite-sap/.
