This is a PHP code titled Home Owners Collection Management System. This project is a web based application developed in PHP and MySQL database. This Sectional/Village Home Owners Association provides an automated platform for efficient and effective collection management and recording. This program stores the records of the Home Owners Association members collection along with some related data. It has a simple and pleasant user interface. It is easy to use and has user-friendly features and functionality.

The Home Owners Collection Management System project requires management to enter their system credentials to access the system's features and capabilities. System users consist of 2 types of roles, which are managers and staff users. Administrators have the privilege to access all system features and capabilities while staff users have only limited access. When using the system for the first time, the management is obliged to fill the collection categories and the list of phases first. The system also generates printable monthly collection reports.

requirements

• Download and install any local web server like XAMPP/WAMP.
• Download the provided source zip code file. (The download button is below)

Installation / commissioning

• Enable or disable the GD library in your php.ini file.
• Open your XAMPP/WAMP control panel and start Apache and MySQL.
• Extract the zip file of the downloaded source code.
• If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and place it in XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. And if you are using WAMP, put it in the "www" directory.
• Browse PHPMyAdmin in a browser. That is http://localhost/phpmyadmin
