This is a PHP and MySQL database project called Online Pet Shop Web. This web application is a type of e-commerce or an online store. This online store has common features found in some popular online store websites, such as: shopping cart, checkout, etc.

This online pet shop application is developed using HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL database, JavaScript (jQuery/Ajax), bootstrap and startbootstrap template. This system has two sides of the user interface, which are the management panel and the store side. The management panel is a system section/module that only store management or system admin can access. This side manages the data provided on the store side, such as categories and product lists. The store side/module is the public part of the application where customers or potential customers can browse and discover the store's products and also order the products they want.

How to run the script

requirements

• Download and install any local web server like XAMPP/WAMP.
• Download the provided source zip code file. (The download button is below)

Installation / commissioning

1. Open your XAMPP/WAMP control panel and start Apache and MySQL.
2. Extract the zip file of the downloaded source code.
3. If you are using XAMPP, copy the extracted source code folder and place it in XAMPP's "htdocs" directory. And if you are using WAMP, put it in the "www" directory.
4. Browse PHPMyAdmin in a browser. That is, http://localhost/phpmyadmin
5. Create a new database named pet_shop_db.
6. Enter the provided SQL file. This file is located inside the database folder. pet_shop_db.sql
7. Browse the Pet Shop Online web app in a browser. That is, http://localhost/pet_shop and http://localhost/pet_shop/admin for the administration side.
